Office Our prices are on a per person per night basis, including cooked breakfast. Single occupancy of twin and double rooms is charged at a room rate, negotiable depending on the season. Tourist Board rating Our rating with the Scottish Tourist Board is three stars. We have all necessary insurance, environmental health and fire certificates.
Prices		Facilities
Prices range from £30 per person per night in the low season to £52.50 per person per night at the height of the season (August, Edinburgh Festival and Bank Holidays). During July and September the price is up to £37.50 per person per night. These prices are negotiable depending on the size of the party, length of stay and method of payment. How to Book

Feel free to make enquiries by e-mail - bill@garlands.demon.co.uk - but booking can just as easily be made by phone. Just give Bill a ring on + 44 (131) 554 4205 to check availability. If you want to stay during the Edinburgh Festival (August) or at New Year it is best to book well in advance. When you book you'll be asked to supply a credit card number to secure the accommodation but this is not processed; it is simply kept on file to make sure you turn up! Bill will also want to know your time of arrival. This is needed to make sure there's someone here to greet you. If you don't turn up or cancel at short notice (less than 7 days in advance) and we are unable to sell the room(s), your card will be charged for any unsold accommodation.
